|What happens after your order / How does training work?||
After purchasing your course, you will receive a confirmation email. One week before the class begins you will receive the following emails. The first email will be a welcome email telling the class URL, instructions on setting up your trial, class dates / session times (sessions are usually 9 am - 4 pm ET but could be shifted based upon student's time zone), and a confirmation of phone number / mailing address . The second email will be a confirmation of your student account being created in our class room site.
2-3 days before class begins you will receive your course workbook.

|How do cancel / change my class?||
All cancellation / rescheduling requests must be made in writing to email@example.com. In the event that Prosoft needs to cancel a class, you will be able to transfer to a future class or get a 100% refund.

Do you accept checks / wire payments?

|Do you accept Microsoft training vouchers?||No. The Microsoft training vouchers are for official Microsoft trainings. The course material is our own developed material based upon our experience with the product.|
|Which course is right for me?||
If you are just starting out or you want to do things like update forms, create fields, or define workflows then the Customization & Configuration class is for you.
If you need to develop some integrations with other applications / portal site or create custom code because the out of the box functionality doesn't do exactly what you need then the Developer class is for you.
If you are a sales or service manager / power user who want to know all the built-in capabilities of Dynamics then the Sales or Service classes are for you.
